Returning damaged goods or wrong item
Please note works of art are dispatched by the artists themselves.
Should you receive the wrong work of art, or if the carefully packaged work of art arrive at your destination damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
If you don't require replacement, you must return the goods to the artist within 14 days of the date of delivery and we will refund the full amount of the returned items plus shipping costs as long as a receipt for the postage is enclosed with the goods. A Returns Form will accompany all consignments and we ask that you complete this form so that we can easily trace your original order.
Replacement of works of art is not always possible of course (for example in the case where a numbered limited edition has been damaged or if the work is an original). In this case you are entitled for a full refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
